Hydration is the key to any health plan and if you're looking for wellness drinks with only a few ingredients and are easy to find at your grocery store. These three recipes only require 4, 5, or 6 ingredients.

Ingredients
Copy Cat Starbucks Medicine Ball
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup lemonade
  • 1 bag mint tea
  • 1 bag peach tea
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
Cranberry Detox Drink
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice no sugar added
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or lime juice
Green Booster Drink
  • 1-1/2 green apples cored and cut into smaller pieces
  • 1-1/2 limes Peeled and cup in half
  • 1 cucumber peeled and cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 inch ginger root peeled and cut into smaller pieces
  • 3 stalks celery cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 bunch parsley
Instructions
Copy Cat Starbucks Medicine Ball
Combine water and lemonade and heat until hot, either on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Steep tea bags in the hot lemonade tea mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Remove tea bags.
Pour into a mug, add in honey and peppermint extract. Stir to combine.
Enjoy warm.
Cranberry Detox Drink
Combine all ingredients
Green Booster Drink
Place all your ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into a cheese cloth.
Squeeze all the juice out into a larger bowl
Add ice to a glass and enjoy,
Makes 2 glasses
