Who doesn’t love a quick, easy, pretty healthy, and delicious snack?! Protein balls are some of my favorite go-to’s when it comes to snacking. There are so many different varieties you can make, but these are by far my favorite I’ve made so far! These s’mores protein balls are kid friendly and will be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt. They are a great preworkout snack or just to hold you over until lunch or supper time. You only need a handful of ingredients and about ten minutes! I definitely will be making the s’mores version on repeat.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of protein powder (I do one scoop of vanilla and one scoop of chocolate)
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped marshmallows
Instructions

Mix all of the ingredients together.
Add a little water if it’s too dry.
Roll into balls.
Chill to set.
Store in the fridge.

    Always looking for a quick late night snack and this is perfect! I did not have graham crackers or marshmallows, so subbed Swerve brown sugar and granola. Will keep this recipe handy.
