In recent years these dessert boards have become one of my favorite things to create. This is the perfect way to add a sweet twist to the traditional charcuterie board which usually consists of meats, cheeses, and sometimes other foods such as fruits or nuts.

The word charcuterie comes from the French word for “cooked meat”. A simple charcuterie board is easy peasy to create with a variety of ingredients.

This easy-to-follow guide will show you how to put together the perfect board that is sure to impress this time of year. Let’s get started!

What you will need:

  • Charcuterie Board (Large Wooden Cutting Board or Large Wooden Turntable)

A board like seen here will serve 6-8 people. Less people? Just serve less snacks on your board.
