Garlic & Rosemary Herb Butter
Bread is one of my favorite dinner accessories, but rolls are nothing without a little butter to go with them. This herb butter recipe is so quick and easy. When I was coming up with this recipe I knew I wanted to use garlic. I didn’t want to use chunky garlic pieces, or have to mince the garlic. So I used garlic powder I had on hand. Then I needed some herbs, but there was only one option in my heart. Rosemary! I love rosemary when it comes to herbs. In my mind rosemary goes with everything. Steak, butter, bagels, chicken, soup, you name it and rosemary goes with it. Using fresh rosemary is great, but I went for the dried rosemary I hand on my spice rack. Dried rosemary lasts longer and I don’t have to pull off the stems. Finally, I added some salt to round everything out, and it turned out amazing. You don’t have to use this butter solely for bread either. You can rub it on a chicken and roast it in the over, or even cook or marinade your steak in it. The options are endless. I hope you guys enjoy this recipe as much as I have. Until next time!
