I make this dish many times as a delicious addition with rice on the side. You can add meatballs, stir-fried chicken breast with onions, ground chicken breast, and anything you think fits. This dish is a winning dish, it is dietetic with a little oil and you can add a lot of onions to make it taste strong. A little tip" If you are preparing the dish for your child, you can use a whole onion, and after cooking take it out if they don't like it. Ingredients
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups peas and carrots (frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • Small diced onion
  • 2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
How to prepare:
Fry the onion until golden and push it aside, to the resulting place add crushed garlic and spices and mix for about a minute with the oil.
Add peas, carrots and water, cover and cook for about 45 minutes.
