Tired of the same old boring Thanksgiving leftovers but don’t want to throw away delicious food?!

Why not turn them into something new and exciting like dressing croutons! Leftover Thanksgiving dressing (or stuffing in the North), makes for delicious croutons that are the perfect addition to any salad or soup.

I decided to make a spinach salad with leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I added roasted onions and sweet potatoes, along with my dressing croutons and it was the perfect way to jazz up our Thanksgiving leftovers!

What are some interesting recipes you create with Thanksgiving leftovers?!

Simply place dressing that has been cut into cubes on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray and bake at 425 degrees for 20 min or until crispy.

The croutons will have a crispy outside while still being slightly soft in the center.

They are the perfect addition to any salad, especially a salad with leftover Thanksgiving turkey.
