Brussel Sprout Salad

4 cups
20 min

I made this for Thanksgiving this year and it might be one of my new favorite recipes. It can be made any day, it does not have to just be on Thanksgiving. If you are trying to think of a good side salad to bring to Thanksgiving that is different and not as traditional as some other side dishes (such as green beans, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, etc.) then this is the recipe for you!

I suggest making a big batch of the salad and add enough dressing to coat all ingredients but not too much that it is soggy. Add dressing right before serving.
