Garbanzo Fresh Salad

One thing I love to eat as the weather gets warmer is some fresh ingredients. This salad is all delicious veggies but the garbanzo beans really fill you up!
The first thing I do with any canned beans is wash them since they create a white foam from the liquid they are preserved in.
In a mixing bowl with the cleaned garbanzo beans, I chop a slice of onion, 1/2 a cucumber, cup of corn, bell pepper and half an avocado. Then garnish with parsley from my garden!
Garlic salt to taste (I use this brand on EVERYTHING!)
Then I mix it all with olive oil and vinegar. I like apple cider vinegar but white or red wine will taste just as good!
Don't be shy on the vinegar!
This is a great side salad for a summer BBQ or a filling while healthy lunch on its own! So Tasty!

Doesn’t give the amounts for the olive oil and vinegar. Would appreciate that.
