Ingredients
Chicken
  • 1.7 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp chili salt
  • 1 tap ground pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Spray oil
Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chicken sauce
  • 1.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp smokey tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Smokey flavor
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2.5 tbsp corn starch (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit) and prepare a large baking dish.
Place the wings in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, create the seasoning. Mix together the chili salt, pepper, garlic and onion until combined.
Spray the oil over the chicken and sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken.
Let the wings cook for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a large deep saucepan on medium heat combine all ingredients. Let the mixture cook for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
Once the chicken is ready, add it to the sauce and return to a medium heat
for 10 minutes.
If you want the sauce to be thicker, add in the corn starch and mix until fully combined (around 5 mins).
Remove from heat and serve hot.
