For today, I want to share "my secret seasoning mix" to elevate your chicken dinner. Just 5 simple ingredients you may already have in your pantry. Easy dinners can be tasty and very flavorful. Here is how to turn chicken thighs into a great dish with bold flavors and enjoy with your favorite side dish.


Here are the ingredients for my Secret 5-ingredient Seasoning Mix:

- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

- 1 Tsp of Cumin

- 1 Tsp of Garlic powder

- 1 Tsp of Onion Powder

- 1 Tsp of Dry Oregano


Add Add Salt + pepper to taste.


In a bowl miix all the spices, then add about 2 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. This creates. a very tasty marinade.


In a large bowl add the 1.3 lbs of boneless chicken thighs and the marinade, coat completely and let it stand for about 5-10 minutes while the cast iron pan get hot, add some avocado oil to the pan, and pan fry each side for about 5 minutes, then lower the heat to simmer and add the juices of 1 lemon and 2 Tbsp of water, let it simmer for about 3 minutes and this will be a yummy sauce to enjoy with the chicken.


Serve with side salad, fluffy white rice or over creamy mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

  • 1.3 or 1.5 Lb of Chicken thighs
  • Seasoning Mix:
  • - 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • - 1 Tsp of Cumin
