Welcome! I am so glad that you are here. I always enjoy our time together. Do you love fast and easy meals that make it look like you have spent loads of time in the kitchen? Today, I am showing you How to Make Easy and Delicious Chicken Piccata that is perfect for a busy week night dinner or for serving to company.. Come on, I’ll show you.
Sometimes it is so hard to come up with a great way to cook chicken. It’s easy to get into a rut and cook the same thing over and over again. This is a wonderful recipe that you are going to love and it is quick, easy and delicious. This recipe can easily be gluten free and dairy without losing any of the flavor. I will add the substitutions in the recipe card below.
Easy and Delicious Chicken Piccata
I LOVE great food, but I don’t like complicated recipes or spending loads of time in the kitchen. I love a great Chicken Piccata recipe, this recipe is so easy-you are going to love it. And it doesn’t take loads of ingredients.
Here are the ingredients that you will need for this delicious recipe: Chicken breast, Garlic powder, flour or gluten free flour, olive oil, dry white wine, chicken broth, a lemon, capers and parsley.
Step 1: Zest the lemon. Squeeze lemon juice. Chop parsley.
Step 2: Add olive oil and butter(or non dairy butter) in a large pan over medium high heat.
Step 3: In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Step 4: Coat chicken on both sides with the seasoned flour. Add to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.
Step 5: In the same pan that you cooked the chicken in, add another drizzle of olive oil, if needed. add the remaining seasoned flour to the olive oil-mix well. Add in dry white wine, chicken broth and lemon juice. Mix well. Add in capers and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in chicken to simmer. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breast

- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
