Easy Fluffy Waffles

4 Waffles
20 min

Waffles are a delicious treat in my opinion. Its very simple to make and with the right toppings you can turn it into something even better. There isn’t much of a secret to this Waffles recipe and it doesn’t require many ingredients, but the key with this one is the buttermilk.

The buttermilk makes it lighter and fluffier. The other tip I can give you would be to make sure the Waffle iron is hot before putting batter on it and to not scoop too much batter, as that will make it overflow and the Waffle will be too thick and raw in the middle. Other than that, this recipe couldn’t be easier! It is perfect for big breakfast, brunch at home or even an afternoon snack.
