Strawberry Banana Fruit Tarts

6 fruit tarts

These little mini fruit tarts are perfect to serve at bridal showers, baby showers or any time you are entertaining. I like to serve them along with these yummy Mini Fruit Pizzas!

This recipe uses strawberries and bananas for the topping, but you can easily change that up! Use whatever kind of fruit you like, such as blueberries, kiwis or peach slices.

This recipe is easy to make ahead of time and they look so pretty on your serving table. Your guests will love them and I doubt you will have any leftovers!

Make them a day or two ahead and then store in the fridge until an hour before serving. Then, let them come to room temperature, add your fruit toppings and set on a serving platter.

This recipe makes six tarts, but it's easy to double or even triple the recipe.

Mix the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk together well. Then pour into ready made mini pie crusts and bake for 10 minutes.

Slice a banana into thin slices and arrange on top of each fruit tart. Slice a strawberry into thin slices and add as well.

Use whatever type of fruit you like for topping the tarts. You can add the fruit right away or store undecorated tarts in the fridge and add the fruit slices just before serving.
