This cream cheese fruit tart is so fresh! It’s perfect for those hot summer days or a nice brunch with friends. I love how versatile it can be by changing up the fruit into different varieties and colors. This could be made with apples, strawberries, peaches, or any fruit you like. The cream cheese adds sweet tang that I just love. It’s also very light and cream after being mixed. The short bread crust gives a wonderful crunch and texture. It also makes it super easy to cut slices and serve. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
