Mini Cinnamon Sugar Donuts. 🍩These baked goodies have a cinnamon-sugar filling PLUS they are rolled in butter, cinnamon and sugar right when they come out of the oven. And the fact that they are mini. I mean, c’mon. I was inspired by the mini donut pan I found at Goodwill. It’s such a great place to score kitchen goods. I digress. I am definitely a cakey donut gal and the options are endless. You could also shake these in a bag of powdered sugar or slap a glaze on them. I always trick myself into thinking I will eat less when they are a smaller size but we all know how that goes!

In the "filling" it says...1/4 cup all purpose... But all purpose what? Flour?
Can you use a substitute for heavy cream?
