-My Hubby and I loves Breakfast which is healthy and filling. We love Coffee with Croissant. Today I am sharing a recipe that has been on my bucket list for years: croissants!

-Croissants – You can go for fresh plain croissants from the bakery, for butter croissants. I like Cheese Croissant!

Ingredients

Preparation-Filling

  • 4 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 Boiled egg and slice them
  • 1 cup Grated cheese (Sprinkle optional)
  • 2/3 Cheese Slices
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Black or white sesame, for sprinkling (optional)
  • 2 Avocado -Slices

Boil Eggs

  • Boil Eggs and Slice them beautifully

Instructions


Slice your croissant, lengthwise. Apply melted butter, Add Cheese Slices, Add Spinach, Add Avocado Slices, Add Cherry Tomatoes, Add Boiled Egg Slices, Sprinkle Cheese, Light, flaky, buttery, wonderful pastries perfect for your lunch/brunch/breakfast
Sprinkle Black Pepper for great Taste. Sprinkle with sesame if desired and toast in the oven for just a few minutes until cheese is melting and croissants are golden-brown. Now warm if you like it otherwise serve as is it ! Enjoy !.
