  • One lb. ground beef
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • One teaspoon dried onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder

  • One tablespoon ketchup
  • One tablespoon Dijon mustard
