Baked Meatball Recipe

Make Ahead Baked Meatballs for your Tailgate Party
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp El Yucateco® Red Chile Habanero
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Oats
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 cups Cheese, grated
- 10 oz Enchilada sauce
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together, then add in the eggs, El Yucateco®, enchilada sauce and beef. Finally, gently mix in the grated cheese.
Form into one inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet, or in my case muffin tin to prevent the meatballs from rolling around when I’m trying to take the sheet in and out of the oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked and browned.
