Asian Infused Turkey Burger Recipe

4 servings

This is one of my favorite turkey burgers. It uses some wonderful flavors.

This image shows all the ingredients that I used for this recipe. Plus, the sauce I made.

Shred the carrots in a bowl and set them aside. Measure out the rest of the ingredients.

Mix garlic, ground turkey, soy sauce, shredded carrot, and ginger in a large bowl and make 4 turkey burgers. Mix it well. The ground ginger can clump. Set aside for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill. After it gets to a high temperature, clean the grates with a grill brush.

While the grill is heating up, coat both sides of the burger with a nonstick spray. And, set aside.

On indirect heat, averaging about 350 -375 degrees, add burgers and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn.

Add the sliced red onion and coat with olive oil. Grill the burgers and red onion for 10 minutes. Turn the sliced onion halfway through.

Meanwhile, make the sauce for the burgers: Mix 1 part chili garlic sauce with 2 parts mayo. Make as much as you want with this ratio. Set aside.

Here is the finished Asian Turkey Burger. It was yummy and juicy with a touch of spice.
