Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

Confession: I am a serial snacker.

I love a quick, healthy and easy midday pick me up and this recipe checks all the boxes!


A handful of simple ingredients is all you need to whip up this easy yogurt dip. I like using plain Greek yogurt and natural peanut butter in this recipe however if you like things a bit sweeter, you can totally use vanilla yogurt and sweetened peanut butter (or any nut butter really!) too!


A touch of cinnamon and vanilla extract bring this dip together and add a delicious flavour. Serve it up with your favourite fresh fruit and enjoy this delicious snack! Yum!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Add Greek yogurt to mixing bowl. Whisk in peanut butter and vanilla until combined. Top with honey and cinnamon if you wish. Serve with your favourite fruit! Enjoy!
Store leftover dip in a sealed container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
