Do you remember the days of fruit roll ups? The sweet-tart candy that "sort of" melted in your mouth and left your tongue a vibrant color? Well, these natural, healthier peach chips transport me back to the more naive days of Fruit Roll-ups, except these evoke less guilt and are a delicious treat! They smell really delicious while baking and have a tasty, peach caramelized flavor that will leave you wanting to eat the whole batch in one sitting.

These peach chips cook "low and slow" in the oven for a few hours, so you do need to plan ahead a little, but it really is worth it for a natural, fruity treat your whole family will love!
