1 latte

I know. It looks like a Disney princess glass, doesn't it? My Godmother gave this to me for my birthday ("a little something to remember me by" as if I could ever forget her). Isn't it beautiful though? I tracked it down on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3v8ObjQ

This tiramisu latte recipe is a little more involved than most of my coffee recipes, but it's totally worth it, as this is arguably my favorite coffee drink ever from anywhere. I was inspired by trying one at a French cafe nearby, and though I say so myself, mine is even better : p

Ingredients
Ingredients
  • 3 shots espresso, chilled or 1/2 C cold brew
  • Splash of milk
  • 2 Tbs mascarpone cream
  • 2 Tbs 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
  • pinch of salt
  • cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions

Pour coffee over ice.
Whip remaining ingredients except for cocoa together and pour over iced coffee.
Top with cocoa, and try to restrain yourself. Or don't. It's up to you really.
Tips
  • Note: If you're using freshly brewed espresso and want to chill quickly, add your splash of milk to the espresso to help cool it down before pouring over the ice. No one likes watered down espresso.
