Give a tropical twist to your regular breakfast by making these pineapple cheese sandwiches. These sandwiches are so popular in India. These sandwiches are super easy to make and require just few basic ingredients.

This bright and sunny.Sweet and tart fresh pineapple jam is super easy to make. You just require 3 basic ingredients and 20 minutes to prepare the jam ahead of time.

These pineapple cheese sandwiches are my childhood favorites.Well, I guess I shouldn’t call them childhood foods because I still enjoy them today. These sandwiches are perfect for breakfast, light lunch or even a quick after school snack.

Here I used processed cheese slices , you can use any cheese you like whether sliced or grated. These sandwiches are more on a sweet side. If you want you can a spicy hint by sprinkling some chili flakes or apply some spicy green chutney on the bread slices.

Here I used fresh pineapple you can always use canned pineapple slices. Just pat dry pineapple pieces with a paper towel before adding to the sandwiches (To prevent them from getting soggy).

Hope you guys enjoy this super simple and delicious pineapple cheese sandwich. Here I am also sharing recipe of fresh pineapple jam but you can always use store-bought ones.
