Pumpkin Spice Cashew Milk
Welcome Foodie friends to "Pumpkin Spice season"
Once the seasons change, feeling the fall weather, nice cool nights, it calls for all things "pumpkin spice". Here is my creamy delicious homemade cashew milk, to enjoy with your coffee, latter, cappuccino, cereal or just by itself. Just a few handful of ingredients to enjoy a fresh cup of milk, free of additives.
All you need are the following ingredients:
1 cup of organic raw cashews
3 cups of water
1/2 Tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
1 or 3 Tbsp of maple syrup
2 Tsp of Pumpkin spice
Simply blend in a high speed blender for about 4-5 minutes. No need for straining, and you are ready to enjoy this delicious pumpkin spice cashew milk.

- 1 cup of organic raw cashews
- 3 cups of water
- 1/2 Tsp of salt
- 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 or 2 Tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 Tsp of Pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Start by soaking the cashews in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Then rinse the cashews and add to a high speed blender, then add the filtered water, salt, vanilla extract, salt, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup to add a touch of sweetness.
- Blend for about 4-5 minutes. No need to strain. It is ready to enjoy!
Tips
- you can replace the maple syrup for 2 dates
