I am not against store bought slaw if I am really in a pinch, but there is just something about homemade slaw that tastes so much better to me. The thing is, homemade slaw is SO easy to make and requires only 4 ingredients so why not make it yourself?

This homemade Southern slaw recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy, making it a great addition to any hotdogs or burgers, BBQ, or fried fish dinner.

Simply shred 1/2 cabbage in a food processor, and mix mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl.

The stir the shredded cabbage with the sauce and that's it!

The result is a creamy, sweet and tangy, Perfect Southern Slaw. I hope you and your family enjoy it at your next family BBQ!
