I'm sure the white rice seems trivial to some of the people who make the recipes here, but if you knew how many people don't know how to make this simple and delicious thing! Rice is one of the foods that can be added as a hot addition to almost any recipe: meat, fish, soups and more. My older brother taught me how to make this rice, and since then the recipe has come out very tasty!! His secret is in salt! The water of the rice should be salty. Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoonsplain oil
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 level teaspoon salt
Instructions
How to prepare:
Heat the oil in a saucepan and put the rice and fry a little.
Add the salt, stirringgently often, until about half the grains are whitened.
Then carefully add the water. Note, at this stage you must mix well and make sure the water is salty enough if you don't add a little more salt.
Wait for the water to boil and then transfer the pot to low gas and cook for 20-25 minutes.
This step is critical and do not open the lid of the pot while cooking.
The rice is ready when there is no water at the bottom.
