The meal that got me a ringūü§£ Just kidding, but really this tortellini harvest bowl is my and my fianc√©s all time favorite supper. Especially now that the temps are dropping and it is starting to feel like fall. It is the perfect comfort food to make when you want something different! We have it literally every week. I really like it with broccoli or Brussel sprouts added right in, so you can definitely add that or try another veggie like zucchini or squash. But my fianc√© is very picky, so if I do have a veggie, I will usually have it on the side.
