Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Skinny Pasta Noodles washed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 5-6 Kale leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 150 gr. broccoli florets200 gr. shiitake mushroom slices
  • 1/2 Chili pepper
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Sauce: Sichuan or alternatively: soy sauce, sweetener, salt (optional), pepper, chili flakes
Instructions

Rinse Skinny Pasta under warm water and drain.
Heat a wok with a little olive oil.
Add the onion and saute for a minute.
Add the remaining vegetables: broccoli, kale, mushrooms.
Continue to saute for a few minutes.
Add the Skinny Pasta and sichuan sauce, lightly stirring until the sauce is evenly distributed. Turn off the heat, and enjoy!
