Easy Skillet Lasagna
Okay Mom's of young kids. This recipes is one that will make your time count in the kitchen. I wish I had this one when my kids were young and we were always running from one activity to the other.
Every year for the first week of school, I always plan a easy dinner menu. I never know exactly when I will get home so, I want something that is fast, easy and will give me a few leftovers for lunch the next day.
The recipe calls for bow-tie pasta but, I decided to use penne pasta. Mainly because that is what I had on hand. You decide what type of pasta you want to use. That's what I love about cooking. You can change each recipe to your own taste.
Add salad and garlic bread to this pasta dish and you have a whole meal! This recipe is adapted from https://tastykitchen.com/
