Hello Foodie friends,

I would like to share one of my new favorite recipe creations to warm your heart with this sweet, chunky, nutty spread... it is just so delish!

Honestly, I have been wanting to re-create the recipe for Nutella for a while now and finally that day has come. Love to share my love for Nutella and hazelnuts with you.

Making homemade Nutella is so easy, with just a handful ingredients that you may have on your pantry. This recipe is vegan and gluten free friendly. Delicious to enjoy over a crispy rice cake, gluten free toast, or as a dipping sauce with apple slices or almond flour crackers.

Here are the ingredients:

  • roasted unsalted hazelnuts
  • cocoa powder
  • almond milk or avocado oil
  • maple or agave syrup
  • vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Use a high speed blender to mix all to together up to your desired consistency. I rather made mine a little chunky and topped with crushed hazelnuts for more crunchiness.

When using milk, it shall be stored in the fridge and shall last for up to 2 weeks. But I promise it wont last this long. This is perfect sweet and healthy treat.

I added some crushed hazelnuts on top for extra crunch.

My favorite sweet treat and the kids love it too.

I hope you try this recipe.

I used the spread for this yummy nut butter board. So good!

Cheers to more easy, healthy and tasty recipes.
