Cilantro Yogurt Sauce

A refreshing and light cilantro yogurt sauce with fresh garlic and lemon juice. This magical sauce is so versatile and works great on salads, tacos, grilled meats, veggies and so on!
It’s also super easy to make – within 5 minutes you’ve prepared yourself a delicious and easy homemade cilantro yogurt dressing / sauce!
We’ve got an overabundance of fresh cilantro growing in our garden, so I decided to try out some new recipes with cilantro as the ”star of the dish”. I was blown away by how delicious this sauce tasted with my crispy rice patties (see my other recipes)! It also pairs amazingly well with Russian (chicken) shashlik we tend to cook on the weekends, yum!
The sauce is made with basic ingredients, which is great! Please feel free to play around with the amounts, and just keep tasting until you’ve got the perfect sauce.

I’m going to try this. It looks like a tasty easy recipe
Excellent served on top of pork verde. However, I used 9 tbsp yogurt and omitted the mayonaise, which was a great substitute.
