Whipped Feta Dip
Feta cheese is definitely a favorite of mine, my husband, not so much, however we went to a restaurant the other night and this was in the menu and to my surprise he said let’s order it. It was so good, I asked if they knew the ingredients and the server said she made it, and now I can share with you!
The combination of the salty feta, cream cheese, spicy honey and pistachios is perfect, serve alongside fresh pillowy naan bread!
Soften one brick of cream cheese
I used an 8 ounce block of feta cheese
I opted for fresh chives and parsley, use whatever herbs you enjoy, these worked nicely
A small bag of pistachios was enough for the dip and to sprinkle on top, I crushed them up
And this was the star of the dip, it definitely has a kick, if you’re not into heat use regular honey or a mix of half regular and half hot
Throw all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy
Drizzle with more honey and crushed pistachios, I used these naans to dip, cut in quarters
