This Mermaid Dunkaroo dip recipe is also called cake batter dip. It's an easy and delicious dessert dip recipe that's perfect for kids or adults.
Remember Dunkaroos from the 1990s? They were discontinued, and an entire generation was sad. They came back eventually, but we still had to create our own Dunkaroo dip to satisfy our cravings.
I used a blue velvet cake mix recipe and mermaid sprinkles. You can also make this with funfetti cake or a fruit flavor. Use other sprinkles for different themes like unicorns or school colors for a grad party.
Put it in a bowl and serve with fruit, pretzels, cookies, or animal crackers.
