Creamy Caramel Apple Dip

This time of year it is so fun to try new apple and pumpkin recipes. We always have Fall parties to go to and I always like to take a different recipe than the year before. But after trying this dip I will be making it a lot more. Plus it came together so nicely. This caramel apple dip is so easy to make and is a little different than just using straight caramel. Everything is mixed together and chilled then served. I used apples here but later added some vanilla wafer cookies and graham crackers for dipping. You could really use anything with this dip. Make sure your cream cheese is softened and everything is room temperature. I really think that helps in the mixing of the dip. I used vanilla bean paste in mine, I just love that I think it really adds more of a pop than straight vanilla extract. I highly recommend chilling this dip for at least two hours in the refrigerator. Beat your cream cheese until fluffy and then add all of your other ingredients until well combined. Chill in the fridge and then serve with whatever you would like. The possibilities are endless!

I added a bit of cinnamon on top.

Here are my ingredients i used I swapped out the extract for the bean paste after the picture. Vanilla extract works just fine too.

After beating the cream cheese.

Adding in the caramel ice cream topping.
