We have created this recipe with some of our favorites, and I’m excited to share it with you. You can see more of my crazy creations here

Ingredients needed


1 can of black beans rinsed and drained

1 cup nonfat sour cream

1 cup tomatoes or salsa

1 cup chopped fresh lettuce

1 cup shredded cheese

Sliced olives

Here are the instructions

Place the beans on the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish

Add the layers in the following order –

Black beans

1 cup sour cream

1 cup tomatoes or salsa

1 cup chopped fresh lettuce

1 cup shredded cheese

Sliced olives

Refrigerate until ready to serve

Serve with tortilla chips
