Hello Foodie Friends,

You all have seen the trendy "protein ice cream"! With only 3 - 4 ingredients for a creamy, smooth and healthy sweet treat this summer season. The key ingredient is a dairy source not often used in desserts. This creamy ice cream base is "COTTAGE CHEESE". This option give you about 14 grams of protein per 1/2 cup serving. Just an easy way to boost your calorie intake while enjoying a delicious sweet treat. This also a great way to sneak it in for the picky eaters like my Nicky.

I was seeing several fruity combinations so I decided to make it with one of my household favorite summer fruit: ripe peaches I got from the farmers market.

I was a little worry at the beginning that this recipe wont be as good, but I have to say the results is just like a cheese cake. I really like it. I hope you try it too.

This is how simple and just a handful of ingredients;

- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese

- 1/2 cup of fruit of choice

- 2 tbsp of maple syrup

- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

Blend all the ingredients until smooth, Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours and is ready to serve.

A refreshing healthty packed with protein sweet treat on a hot summer day!

Here are the simple ingredients. Using my favorite brand @goodculture

Cheers to sweet summer treats.
