  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Condensed Milk
  • 2 tsp Milk powder
  • 2 tsp chopped cashew, almond & pistachio

Instructions

Boil milk and reduce it to 3/4 then add milk powder, condensed milk, chopped dryfruits & cardamom powder.
Cook until the texture of the milk is creamy and switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool down completely.
Remove the top of the mango by slicing the cap of the mango. Retain this cap.
Now using a knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed. Firmly hold the mango seed and rotate it to loosen it further & pull it out.
Place the hollowed mango on in a small cup so it stands upright.
Pour the kulfi mix into hollowed mango. And put the mango cap to cover it. Refrigerate overnight for best results!
Once frozen, remove and peel the mango and then slice and serve.
Garnish it with dry fruit flakes if desire! Serve it frozen.
