Til Ladoo or Sesame Seeds balls is something my family and me love to eat all year round. In India it is usually made in January, the month in which we celebrate Makar Sankranti. It is delicious, healthy and requires simple ingredients.

Sesame seeds are rich in protein , vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are good source of fibres and rich in B vitamins. These Ladoos are perfect way to include these seeds in your diet.

For this recipe you just need four ingredients- Hulled Sesame seeds, Coconut Sugar ( You can use jaggery instead), melted Organic Ghee and green cardamom powder

Tips

  • 🍃Make sure your palm is clean while making balls, or the mixture will start sticking on your palm making it difficult to shape the balls.
  • 🍃Every time your palm gets sticky clean it with water.
