If you know anything about me and my cooking, you would know that I love a good slider. They are great for appetizers and quick meals. Plus, almost everything tastes good on Kings Hawaiian rolls! These pesto chicken Swiss sliders are amazing. With football being back in season, I definitely recommend trying these for the next game day! You can easily adjust this recipe by making more or less depending on how many people you are feeding. For example, a lot of times I only make 4 or 6 sliders since I am only feeding two people. Feel free to customize with your own favorite toppings!

  • 12 pack Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese 
  • 2 cup shredded chicken (I use rotisserie chicken)
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp parsley

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a baking sheet.
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and spread pesto on the insides.
Add Swiss cheese and chicken to bottom rolls.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder and parsley and brush on top of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
