Do you like cashews?? Well, if you do and especially if you like rosemary, follow along and I’ll show you how to make delicious roasted rosemary cashews!!

I found this recipe several years ago and made them for Christmas gifts for friends.

They are delicious, but addictive!

ingredients for rosemary cashews

1 pound raw cashews

1 tablespoon melted butter

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced

1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional

directions for rosemary cashews

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread the cashews in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes.

While the nuts are roasting, chop your rosemary and melt the butter.

In a glass bowl, combine butter, rosemary, salt and cayenne pepper.

As soon as the cashews come out of the oven, add them to the glass bowl and toss them in the mixture until coated.

Serve them warm, then store in an airtight container.

Be sure and print the recipe to save for later!!

I love to find cute jars, and make a fun label and gift these to friends and family during the holidays.

I cut brown card stock and use my Dymo label maker to make my labels. Cut a hole with a hole punch in the corner and tie with a ribbon.

For a finishing touch, I add a sprig of rosemary. If you don’t grow your own rosemary, it is typically available in the produce section at most grocery stores.

Keep a few jars on hand for last minute hostess gifts. They are always a hit!!
