Ingredients
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1/5 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml canola oil
- 100 ml coconut cream
- 150 grams desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit). Prepare a round springform pan, line with parchment paper and spray with spray oil to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and eggs and still until well incorporated. Add in the oil and coconut cream.
- Gently fold in the coconut and pour batter into the prepared pan. Place the pan into the oven.
- Let the cake bake for 35 minutes, it should have turned golden and a skewer poked to the middle should come out clean.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
