Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 grams butter melted
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed or chopped (with an additional few pretzels to place on the top)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (345 degrees Fahrenheit). In shallow baking tin, place parchment paper to line the bottom and the sides. Set the tin aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Set this mixture aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugars until fully incorporated. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the white and milk chocolate chips and the crushed pretzels.
Pour the mixture into the pre-prepared baking tin and pross a few whole pretzels into the top of the mixture.
Place the blondies into the oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes, when the edges are turning golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the blondies to cool completely before removing from the tin. Cut the cooled blondie into squares and serve.
