I crave a Big Mac from time to time, but I never bring myself to eat one. Somehow, in my own head, if I can control the ingredients myself, it doesn't seem as unhealthy. I know I'm playing mind games with myself. Just like when I convince myself that broken cookie pieces really have negligible calories. This is my version of a Big Mac pizza. It is a family favourite and hubby said it is one of the best meals I make. He should know, he is a big fan of the authentic Big Mac. You're welcome to use a homemade pizza crust if you're inspired. I buy a thin store bought crust and this has become a weeknight easy dinner for our family. I don't serve it with a side of fries, but a salad instead.
