My mother-in-law shared this recipe with me and my family loves it and it’s perfect for a treat on a lazy summer afternoon.
Here’s everything you need to make the BEST No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies.
They are perfect for a summer afternoon when you don't want to turn on the stove.
Ingredients:
2 T. cocoa
½ c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 t. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal
2 T. peanut butter
Directions:
- Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan
- Cook 1 minute at a rolling boil
- Beat until cool
- Add oatmeal and peanut butter
- Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoon onto wax paper
You can make these in an afternoon and eat some and refrigerate the rest for later.
