Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3.5 oz (100g) melted vegan chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional - for topping)
Instructions

In a bowl, add the peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup and mix together until combined.
Form the peanut butter dough into eggs and place on the tray (lined with parchment paper).
At this point, you can choose to freeze the eggs for about 30 minutes so that they will be easier to handle when dipping in chocolate.
Dip each egg into the melted chocolate and place it back onto the tray.
Top with sea salt, refrigerate for at least 50 minutes then enjoy!
