Calling all cookie dough lovers!!!
These cookie dough protein balls are sure to soothe your sweet tooth. Jam packed with protein, healthy fats & no refined sugars - these are a perfect snack for anytime in the day!
I personally love eat these pre & post workout, to give me energy and fuel my muscles. These are also great to pack in your lunch bag and bring to work, for a quick and delicious snack!

Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter of almond butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp of oat or almond flour
- 2 scoops (equal to 1/2 cup) of vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the wet ingredients until completely smooth
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until combined
- Scoop out about 2 tbsp sections of the dough, and roll into balls
- Place in the fridge for around 1 hour until hard, or enjoy right away!
Tips
- Store these protein balls in an container in the fridge for best results.
- If you are allergic to nuts, sub for honey or other spread of your choice.
- If you don't have protein powder, you can add more flour instead.
