Chocolate Mint M & M Cookies
They are cookies made from a Devil’s Food chocolate cake mix box and are so easy to make! You can see more of my crazy creations here
Ingredients
1 Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil of your choice
Mint M & Ms
Place 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil in a bowl
Add chocolate Cake Mix and add-ins into the bowl and stir until mixed completely.
Drop 1 tablespoon-sized cookie on baking sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes for softer cookies and 10 minutes for crispy cookies.
Let cool for 10 minutes.

Use any M&M flavor you like! Change for the seasons. You could use yellow cake and Easter colored M&Ms right now (2 weeks until Easter). Very versatile, easy to customize according to time of year or just because!
Devils food cake usually has more baking soda than a regular cake. If I only have a regular cake mix, how should I adjust? How much soda should I add?
