Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons of granulated Sugar (Substitute for Monk Fruit Sweetener if making keto)
  • 1/2 Cup of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup of Melted Butter (Substitute vegan butter or coconut oil if you’re making vegan)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Cup of Milk (use non dairy milk if you’re making vegan)
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (If making Keto, use sugar- free chocolate chips cookies. If you’re making vegan, use dairy free chocolate chips)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Scoop 1" balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the balls of dough about 1 1/2" to 2" apart. Flatten the dough into cookies using a flat surface (I use a water glass)
Bake the cookies for 12- 15 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool for at least 10 mins before attempting to pick them up. They will be too soft, and they will break.
