These super soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies are the most popular cookies all over the World. Match made in heaven these Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with a vanilla flavoured cookie dough and dark chocolate chips, baked to perfection that just melt in mouth. These cookies are perfect for a mid-day treat, dunk them in milk or with ice cream, or enjoy them as it is.

Nowdays it's so much fun to bake with my twin nephews, they are just 4 yr old and shows lots of interest in baking. Nevertheless we spend some quality time together doing something productive at the end. As earlier I mentioned baking with family is really fun.

Crisp edges, with gooey, melted chocolate, this cookie are the showstopper! Trust me…I make these cookies at least once every month.They’re just that good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour 
  • 2/3 cup Cocoa Powder(Unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Butter Softened
  • 1/2 cup Choco Chips
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper & set aside.
Add the butter, white sugar and brown sugar to the bowl of your stand mixer and cream them together until smooth.
Add milk and vanilla extract and mix in.
In a separate bowl seive flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and whisk together.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix by hand into a thick cookie dough.
Add chocolate Chips and mix in well.
Then divide the dough into small equal parts. 
Use cookie cutter for proper shape or you can just roll in between your palm and then press it.
Keep all the Cookies on the baking tray with equal distance.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F.
As soon as they come out of the oven, allow the cookies to cool down directly on the baking tray.
Enjoy homemade Cookies with a glass of warm Milk.
Tips
  • I have used less sugar powder, if you want more sweeter than add 1/2 cup sugar powder.
  • Don't knead the cookie dough like a roti dough just combine it all together using a spatula.
  • Make sure to use good quality choco Chips.
  • Once baked cool down the cookies completely.
  • You can use cashew powder to make the cookies more creamy.
