These simple drop cookies are really like a gourmet chocolate chip cookie but with cannoli flavors like ricotta, orange, cinnamon, chocolate, and pistachios.
Since cannoli are different for different people (depending on where you live or what you grew up with...) you can easily adapt the flavors to your personal preference.
